He loved family and friends and was always willing to go out of his way for anyone. He received a Letter of Commendation from the Public Works at Patuxent Naval Air Station. Had a rare blood disease. Lived with his daughter, Lola in Baltimore for awhile. When he got better, he didn't want to live in the city. So he moved back to Solomon's Island in a mobile home and met Agnes WISE (died May 1986).
